When I originally heard about Synapse Wellness, I wanted to get a consultation but was worried “do I have enough wrong with me that I need it?” (P.S. I did.) After working a desk job for over 25 years, having a baby in my late 30s and suffering from sluggish lymphatic system, I found myself really struggling with unbalanced hormones, inflammation, and chronic fatigue…I needed help. At my yearly physical, I had my bloodwork done including full hormone panel and I was told “everything looks good.” But Stacey took the time to read the results with me, explaining where ideally my numbers should be then we worked out a plan to get there. She is so knowledgeable and explains things in a way you can easily understand and how it’s all connected to your symptoms. Through her bio-magnetic therapy, supplements, and food allergy testing, I’m on such a better path with my overall health. I had unknown food allergies that were causing so much inflammation in my body that I haven’t been able to lose weight in 3 years. I’ve been able to lose over 10lbs in the last month and have more energy with less cravings.
